Fatal Nicotine overdoses are very rare, so I suspect the Diphenhydramine in his system was the actual cause. DPH is a super common allergy medicine, very easy to obtain over the counter, and symptoms of an overdose include severe dizziness, nausea, motor dysfunction, delirium, tremors, seizures, and death. So yeah, not a pleasant way to go

Observed at the autopsy was the body of an approximately 175 cm (5'9) tall and 94.8 kg (209 lbs) heavy man in an advanced state of putrefaction, which particularly affected the neck and head area. The main autopsy findings were signs of a longer period of time with the corpse being infested with fly maggots and a subtotal separation of the head from the trunk between the 5th and 6th cervical vertebrae. In addition, blood inhalation were found in all lobes of the lungs. There were no indications of any significant internal diseases. For identification purposes, the dental status was recorded and compared with the available dental records. The presumed identity of the deceased could be confirmed in this way.

Texas, USA. These photos illustrate the appearance of a crime scene indoors involving a high velocity weapon. The man had placed the 30.06 rifle into his mouth. Note that the entire mouth and major portion of the victim’s skull are absent secondary to gunshot wound through the mouth.Head injuries from shotguns and high-powered rifles are typically quite devastating, often with extensive soft tissue destruction, skull fractures, and pulpifaction of the brain. Occasionally, the brain is largely expelled from the cranial vault and may be found near the body. Self-inflicted submental and transoral wounds may produce serious but survivable brain injuries if the path of the bullet is limited to the frontal area.

IS MICHAEL WADE HOME YET?
